Reports to: Lead Developer Primary Responsibilities and Duties: Develop technical functionality and implementation of Internet/intranet sites for the organization Assist in defining the functionality required to efficiently support elaborate Web interfaces Work with the development team to ensure that the back-end needs of sites, projects, and marketing efforts are met quickly and professionally, keeping positive user experience in mind at all times Effectively document all work and author necessary support documents Must-have Qualifications: Bachelor\s degree in a related area and at least three or more years of related experience or equivalent work experience required Proven success as an application developer required Experience in developing applications in a Microsoft server environment and knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including ASP.NET Previous knowledge of Agile development processes Advanced experience in developing and deploying Internet technologies with N-tier development methodologies, or SAS-development experience Working knowledge or previous experience with the following technologies: XHTML, JavaScript, CSS, and XML ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, Visual Studio 2005/2008 SQL 2005, Commerce Server 2007 Understanding of distributed application design, development, testing, deployment, and support Ability to work semi-independently on multiple small- and large-scale projects while functioning effectively within a fast-paced team environment Excellent attention to detail and effective visual-layout skills Strong interpersonal and technical skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Commitment to the objectives of the organization Permanent Residents (Green Card) may apply.
