JOB SUMMARY:
Create software design documents, administrative guides, user manuals and Quick Starts for Company projects.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Understand features and outlines of the software NTT MCL and other NTT groups design, develop and improve. The software includes scalable servers and wireless clients for telecom carriers
· Write specifications, basic software design documents, detail design documents, administrative guides, user manuals and Quick Start documents
· Conduct interviews with software engineers in order to understand what needs to be written
· Compile all existing texts written by software engineers
· Any additional duties as assigned by manager

REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
· BA/BS Degree or equivalent
· Experience with writing and editing IT-related documentation
· Basic knowledge of software development cycle
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Fluent with MS Office and Adobe edit tools
· Ability to learn new concepts quickly

PREFERRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
· Web GUI related documentation and/or user manual writing experience
· Wireless technology knowledge including EDGE/HSDPA and/or Wi-Fi
· Network equipment or network management technical writing experience
· Any software language knowledge helpful
