Description:The primary task for a project manager is to harness whatever time is available for a project and allocate it in the most efficient way. Project Management completes all internal schedules (working with the appropriate departments when required) to make all team members aware of the project timing and to really drive the process.Once the schedule has been completed and agreed upon, it is the PM's responsibility to protect those timings. Project Management drives the process at every stage, from initial client brief to delivery, and should achieve this in a manner that is as simple and painless as possible. Project Management is a collection of related techniques and processes that bring each project to a successful conclusion.
