New parenting website launching in November, 2007 seeks humorous, knowledgeable freelance writers to cover topics ranging from dealing with diaper rash to how to survive breast pumping at work. This is a site with an intended audience of moms, dads, grandparents, friends of new parents and extended family, and we hope to cover topics including religions traditions (Christening, Bris ceremonies) as well as adoption, gay adoption, step families and single parenting.
We?re not looking for psychologists or writers with medical degrees, just unique, experienced voices that can cover a broad range of topics related to pregnancy, spousal relationships, and raising kids.
The articles we are seeking would be 700 ? 3000 words in length, and we are offering $200 per article from now until our November launch. Please send us a brief cover letter about your experience and links to any samples.
