Position Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Social Services, Public Affairs, Library Science/Research, Business Administration, Mass Communication or related field, with a minimum of 3 years experience in granting writing, contract administration; or equivalent combination of training and experience beyond an Associate?s degree.
