Team members will work with our clients and agency executives to help execute marketing programs across a broad range of communication disciplines, including media outreach, collateral development, event marketing, trade show events, presentations, influencer marketing, etc.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Assist with program and budget development at start of client's fiscal year
· Day-to-day implementation of programs and budgets
· Management of trade shows and other events
· Senior level media relations and some collateral development
· Maintain superior client relationships and program satisfaction
· Assist in new business development and presentations
· Communicate progress to clients and team members
· Manage other responsibilities as assigned

Knowledge/Skills/Experience
· Preferred background and knowledge requirements
· Experience or education in communications to the food industry or nutrition professionals is desirable
· Marketing background in addition to public relations experience
· Experience managing projects across a broad range of communications disciplines
· Position will require travel

Minimal background and knowledge requirements
· At least two years of experience working in a fast-paced communications, advertising, or public relations agency (or a comparable business environment)
· Degree in Communications, Marketing or related field (including Liberal Arts)
· Track record of delivering projects on time and on budget
· Strong writing abilities, as demonstrated by samples
· Ability to prioritize and accomplish goals within established timelines
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, E-Mail and the Internet
· Adobe Photoshop or PageMaker is beneficial but not required
